We're so glad you're here, and we are EXCITED to help you improve your physical activity and exercise habits.

Exercise, in any form, is great for many things, including managing mental health, reducing pain and inflammation, providing social connection and my absolute favorite is increasing strength, vitality and longevity of your body! 

Exercise doesn't actually "wear your body out" as we are often told, it is essential for our bodies, as this is how we build strength, increase flexibility and overall fitness.  Being fit and healthy allows us to do the things we need to do everyday.

Pilates is a great form of exercise as modifications can be made to the original 34 exercises to make them accessible to everybody

We use apparatus perform these exercises, and they include:
  • Mat
  • Reformer
  • Wunda Chair
  • Springboard
We sometimes add props to make an exercise more accessible, more challenging, or sometimes just as a distraction!  

Props we use include:
  • Small Balls
  • Cork Blocks
  • Resistance Bands
  • 1kg Weighted balls and or wrist ankle weights
  • Resistance Loops
  • Magic Circle
  • Fitball
  • Foam roller
