New to Pilates Equipment?

Start with a Semi-Private Session
This is your personalised introduction to the reformer, springboard, and wunda chair. Learn how the equipment works, move at your own pace, and gain confidence before joining a group class.

Also great if you’re:
• Managing injury or pain
• Returning to movement
• Complementing your sport or training


All Classes Beginner-Friendly

Just getting started?
 Balanced Foundations is a welcoming, beginner-friendly class, using minimal equipment—no experience needed.  

Pilates Equipment Sessions are classes capped at 7 participants, using the Pilates apparatus to make for an engaging and inspiring workout -  they’re a great way to explore Pilates principles and build strength in a supportive group environment.
