This is your personalised introduction to the reformer, springboard, and wunda chair. Learn how the equipment works, move at your own pace, and gain confidence before joining a group class.

Also great if you’re:
• Managing injury or pain
• Returning to movement
• Complementing your sport or training

Just getting started?
Matwork Pilates, Balanced Foundations, and Fitball are welcoming, beginner-friendly classes—no experience needed.

They’re a great way to explore Pilates principles and build strength in a supportive group environment.
