For kids from Years 2 - 6 (Ages: 7 -12 year olds)
Our first few weeks of term always revisit the basics and start with body weight exercises and slowly add equipment such as light weights, bosu, sliders, foam roller and fitball.
We teach children how to use this equipment safely and effectively.
Core strength is essential for children, supporting not just movement but also their ability to focus and participate in everyday activities for learning, self-care, along with periods of rapid growth and development.
Weak core muscles can show up in surprising ways—difficulty sitting still at meal times, challenges with fine motor skills like writing, or struggles with gross motor activities like running, biking, or even walking confidently.
Our Fit Kids Club sessions combine playful full-body exercises and circuits that:
✅ Strengthen the core for better posture and movement.
✅ Improve gross and fine motor skills.
✅ Boost emotional well-being through breathing and relaxation techniques.
These classes are designed to nurture a child’s physical, social, and emotional development while being fun and engaging!
