Year 7 & up
10 week strength and conditioning program, where your teen will learn to workout because they LOVE their body, not because they hate it.
We cover all the basics to make exercise enjoyable, fun and safe.
Encouraging HEALTHY exercise habits during the teenage years are important as the habits set during these years follow into adulthood.
Participants will:
- Learn safety & etiquette in the studio/gym.
- Learn fundamental movements of strength training.
- Learn and practice a range of Pilates and body weight exercises on both mat and equipment.
- Be their strongest and best selves yet....this is only just beginning! 💪🏼
