At Committed to the Core, we believe learning is not optional—it’s essential. Your first steps into Pilates are supported through our Semi-Private Appointments—personalised sessions designed to help you explore how Pilates can support your body through strength, flexibility, and deeper connection.

These sessions offer focused time with your instructor to answer questions, introduce you to the equipment, and guide you in starting your own movement practice with confidence. We value autonomy, not because it removes our presence from your journey—but because it allows us to empower you with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to build a practice that truly supports your life.

✍️ You’re encouraged to make notes on your program sheets and stay engaged with your learning. We’re here to guide you, not just instruct you.

We recommend a minimum of one Semi-Private before joining group equipment sessions.
