Do you need some 1:1 time with your instructor to answer questions and really figure out how Pilates can help you find true strength, flexibility and connection to you body?

We recommend a minimum of 1 private session prior to starting your Pilates journey with us.
Private appointments allow us to really dig deep and find out WHY you are here, and HOW we can really help you.
