Join us for a smaller group 45-min session utilising the Pilates apparatus.  Learn how to safely use the Reformer, Wunda Chair, spring boards and resistance bands and build a tailored exercise program that you actually enjoy.

This is your time to move your body, how you want to in a supportive, non-competitive environment.  We can make modifications  movement patterns to suit individual participant needs in terms of injuries and limitations for each body in the room.
