50-minutes to focus inward, prioritise YOU and give yourself your full attention.  
Gently initiating movement from the centre, focusing on the spine - think cat stretch, side bends and kneeling kicks.

The main sequence of mat work classes incorporates a variety of the 34 exercises based on Joseph Pilates’ original sequence from his book "Return to Life through Contrology".

We conclude every class with a short guided meditation from the amazing Chelsea Pottenger

We flow through the class, using small props such as bands, balls, circles and yoga blocks. This allows us to offer exercise modifications to suit each individual body in the room.

Squats, lunges, planks and push-ups will always be found in our mat sequences - you can thank us later! 💪🏼😁

Ultimately we aspire for ALL class participants to feel empowered moving fearlessly within their own body, while working with current capabilities and bringing awareness to areas of the body that may need to be developed, whether its strength, flexibility, range of motion or co-ordination. 

You are always welcome to rest when your body truly needs it. 

We guarantee you will leave the room feeling revitalised and energised.
You will notice your body becoming more flexible after every session.
