50 minutes to deep dive into your personal Pilates Practice
There are over 500 exercises in the Pilates system, we can't even remember them all!
But this gives us an amazing amount of options for modifying to suit individual needs.
If you are managing an injury, are pregnant or simply new to the practice of Pilates, we unpack all of this during semi-private sessions so you can join our group sessions feeling confident because you know what to expect.
At the end of your appointment, together with your instructor you will have built your very own personal Pilates program to work from when you come along to group sessions.
Learning happens with repetition, this means overtime you will remember exercises, but we cannot expect this to happen in a single session.
So, lets take the pressure off and focus on building a movement practice that YOU can carry with YOU for life!
