COMMITTED TO THE CORE PILATES & MOVEMENT MEMBERSHIP
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. All packs, passes and memberships can only be used at the studio of purchase.
2. The Committed to the Core Pilates & Movement 2x per week Membership applies to all general group sessions.
3. No sign up fee, 12-week minimum sign up, simply email [email protected] to pause or cancel your membership.
4. Payment will be automatically deducted from your nominated credit card or bank account each week (7 days).
5. Weekly Direct Debits are non-refundable and are not transferable between individuals, however credits are set to rollover each week.
6. Weekly Direct Debits can be cancelled at any time before the next weekly pay cycle via email to [email protected]. No cancellation fees apply.
7. If your weekly payment is declined due to insufficient funds or an expired or invalid card, the Punchpass system will re-attempt the transaction for 2 days.
8. Memberships may be paused at any time for a minimum of 1 week. No fees apply, please email [email protected] AT LEAST 1 WEEK PRIOR to intended pause.
9. Our cancellation window for classes is 12 hours prior. Please always cancel your class so somebody can fill your spot.
